Bronze Telephone Maintenance Package

Our cheapest Maintenance Plan is the Bronze Package. It still offers full parts, labour and technical support from Monday to Friday which is suitable for most companies. Minor faults are responded to within 16 hours.

Even customers on Bronze Cover get our best effort promise where we will respond to faults or support queries as soon as feasibly possible in critical situations. This makes us the obvious choice for all of your maintenance needs.

Where we are also your Telephone line Provider, Telephone Maintenance will also provide fast, pro-active advice and also arrange to have your lines placed on call diversion which will at least allow you to receive calls whilst the system is repaired.

Maintenance Acceptance Tests

If we were not the original supplier of your telephone system or when there has been a break in maintained service, a Maintenance Acceptance Test (MAT) may be required so we can ascertain the hardware configuration of your equipment, record your site details and backup your system programming. This is always beneficial to the customer and on many occasions this will be free of charge if you sign up to an agreement with us.

  1. Bronze Telephone Maintenance

    Our cheapest Maintenance Plan is the Bronze Package. It still offers full parts, labour and technical support from Monday to Friday which is suitable for most companies. Minor faults are responded to within 16 hours.

  2. Silver Telephone Maintenance

    If your System is maybe larger than usual and you want a faster response when you log a fault, Silver Cover is suited as it cuts the technical response time to 2 Hours. Minor faults are also respond to within 8 hours.

  3. Gold Telephone Maintenance

    If your Telephone System is critical then Gold Maintenance is the only real option. You will be speaking to a real Telephone Engineer within 1 Hour who will do everything possible to get your system back up and running swiftly.
